БГУ и Минский исследовательский центр Huawei представляют личное соревнование Bel Huawei — BSU Challenge 2021 #6!
 
Участники соревнования получат одну оптимизационную задачу, не имеющую точного решения. Цель — достичь лучших показателей и набрать как можно больше баллов согласно условию задачи.
 
 
Для регистрации заполните по ссылке выше форму на английском языке. На электронную почту придёт ссылка для подтверждения участия. После подтверждения вы получите логин и пароль участника соревнования в системе iRunner. Регистрация открыта до конца соревнования.
 
Соревнование пройдёт c 30 ноября 10:00 по 5 декабря 22:00 (минское время GMT+3). Условие задачи на русском и английском языках. Участие удалённое.
 
К участию допускается гражданин любой страны, проживающий на территории Беларуси. По согласованию с организаторами также могут быть допущены граждане Беларуси, временно проживающие за её пределами.
 
Призы для лучших 25 участников:
  • победитель: ноутбук Huawei MateBook D 15 BoB-WAI9;
  • места 2-3: умные часы Huawei Watch 3 GLL-AL04 (Black);
  • места 4-6: беспроводные наушники Huawei FreeBuds Pro T0003 (Carbon Black);
  • места 7-25: фитнес-трекер Huawei Band 6 FRA-B19 (Graphite Black).

«It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Bel Huawei — BSU Challenge 2021 which is held jointly with the BSU Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Your traditionally high results in international competitions, contests, and Olympiads, including those sponsored by Huawei, are the hallmark of BSU.
 
We are happy to see the high level and high professionalism of solving the problems of previous challenges, and how enthusiastically you worked on difficult current real technical tasks.
 
Please let me thank the iRunner platform and the Minsk Research Institute of Huawei for providing this opportunity to invite you all in helping us with the challenging problem.
 
We sincerely welcome top winners and brilliant contestants to be with Huawei on world-class challenges.
 
Please let me briefly introduce the background of this problem. Like the TV service, there are many video services on the network. They only require one-way data transfer, with data passing from the source to all end users. We build a tree that connects the data source to all end users. We hope that all end users can obtain services with low latency and high availability, so we construct two completely disjoint trees so that the end-user can still get video signals when any link fails, and the delay from each terminal user to the data source is within a certain threshold. On this basis, we hope that the cost of the two trees is the minimum. We hope that we can get exciting inspirations from your submissions.
